The Statewide Assessment

  • Geared Towards Primary Care Associations (PCAs)

  • Statewide Analysis

  • Extensive custom mapping detailed by region

  • Analyze unserved regions, provider ratios, health indices, economics, demographics, and opportunities for growth by region.

  • Option to add custom presentation to PCA membership via Zoom (additional fees apply)

Research

After the geographic region is determined I conduct thorough research of the area including a full analysis of economic indicators, social drivers of health, demographics, unmet needs, current patients, and opportunities for growth in the region. I will curate a full assessment draft, for your review.

Discovery

After a consultation call to get to know your Health Center’s needs, I will create a custom map to confirm the catchment/service area or geographic region you would like the assessment to focus on. I may also request your latest UDS and Financial Audit at this stage.

Refine

This is the rewarding stage where the draft is reviewed by your Health Center team, and we fine-tune the details. From here I will finalize the assessment to make it the ideal representation of your community and organization, before sharing the deliverables.

  • Are you part of a Federally Qualified Health Center? Do you have an upcoming Operational Site Visit? Are you working on a strategic plan and need to understand your market further? Is your organization evaluating expansion opportunity regions for a project? You are in the right place.

  • Depending on your health center’s needs, the timeline will vary. A Needs Assessment will take 3 to 4 weeks, a Market Assessment will take 4 to 5 weeks, and a Statewide Assessment will take 6 to 8 weeks.

  • No. you will have my individualized attention.

  • 50% of your invoice will be due upon signing of a contract, and the remaining 50% will be due after the final deliverables are completed.

  • After you book, I will schedule an initial consultation call to get to know your health center’s needs. I may also request your latest UDS and Financial Audit at this stage. I will then create a custom map to confirm your catchment/service area or geographic region. From that point, the full assessment is developed, and a final review is done by your health center before finalization and delivery of your assessment.
